Terms of service

LitmusQ is owned and operated by LITMUSQ LLP (“LitmusQ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the LitmusQ mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Use of license

LitmusQ grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your personal educational purposes.

2. User accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and account access authentications. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Content

Our service allows you to access mock tests and educational material. This content is proprietary to LitmusQ and may not be copied, distributed, or sold without our permission.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid content is sold in the app through the App Store or Google Play, which take the payment and handle refunds under their own policies. We never receive your card or UPI details.

Full paper access to a mock test or PYQ series is a one-time purchase. It stays on your account and is never charged again.

Topic-wise practice is an auto-renewing subscription. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm, and payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you do. The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (in the app, Profile → Manage subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time.
